Trip Registration Platform

Internal Web Application & Workflow Automation

An internal web-based platform developed to replace manual employee trip registration with a structured digital workflow. The application handles registration validation, department capacity control, live availability, and structured data storage in Google Sheets.

The Problem

Employee trip registration was being coordinated manually, making it difficult to manage availability, validate submissions, enforce department capacity, and maintain structured registration records.

The goal was to create a simple internal tool that employees could use without requiring technical knowledge.

The Solution

I developed a lightweight web application using Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Employees can submit their registration through a simple web interface while the backend validates the submission, checks department capacity, stores the registration, and updates live availability.
